I just love how the last picture turned out (with no editing), the whole town looks black and white and then the sun is a pop of color.

I got off work yesterday around 5:20, so that gave me time to get home before Jacob left for his night class....and convince him to skip and take me out on a date (shh, don't tell anyone!). Well of course he couldn't refuse, so I got all dressed up and we went out to eat, went down-town to snap some pictures and goof off, then we went for ice-cream. It was perfect. (And it feels like Fall outside! I love it!)

Because I work full-time and Jacob is a full-time student and he works almost every night that he doesn't have class, we barely ever get to see each other, which stinks! So last night was wonderful and it was something I really needed :)

Oscar de la Renta Spring 2013

 

Oscar de la Renta Spring 2013 is breath-taking. These dresses make me think of what a 50's Barbie doll would wear to prom. So retro and beautiful. I would be one happy girl if I could get my hands on any of these dresses, but my absolute favorite is the dress in the 1st picture. 

Please Mr. Oscar de la Renta send me that dress and take me to a movie premier or awards show :)

(And I had to throw in the adorable shorts suit with the flower top, so precious!!!)

Something New.

 

I love being back in the beautiful Arkansas,  and no I do not miss California. However, I do miss my Foamies! (so much!)

Since being back I got a full-time job at Abercrombie and Fitch. It's a really great opportunity and I look forward to seeing where it takes me. But, having a full-time job means I never have any spare time!! Luckily I have Sundays off, so this Sunday Jacob and I went to see our families. We took the picture above while at Jacob's parent's cabin, isn't it beautiful!?

Also, I plan on getting back to blogging on a regular basis! So don't give up hope! :)
