We got up bright and early (thanks Blair!) and headed to the beach this day. It was fun being the only ones at the beach! And I took one of my most favorite pictures ever of Blair, the first one on this post. I love how she just takes off to the water like that, it's the cutest thing! She's like a baby sea turtle!

Jacob was having a blast going out pretty deep and finding all kinds of sand-dollars, there he is with her first stash!

We headed back and took a long nap, the beach really wears this little one out!

The pictures from the pier are actually from the day before, I didn't organize these very well....oops! But it is the longest pier in the Gulf so we had to check it out! Blair wasn't too sure about it, I think it was a bit too windy for her! But on this trip she learned to point and she was pointing at things like crazy wanting us to look and tell her what it is. It's so amazing how fast she's learning! I can't get over it! One of her favorite things to point at are birds, which she was pointing out in the picture above!

And of course, Blair's favorite thing to do when we were in the condo, was go through her bag haha!

Obsessed wouldn't even begin to describe how I feel about Free People's latest catalog. It's simply amazing. It shows us the kind of days that I constantly dream about. Being on the road with the love of my life, exploring and traveling, kissing and cuddling, wearing the most chic/comfy clothes and taking gorgeous pictures. Perfection. I want every single item Erin is wearing!

When Jacob and I were getting married I begged him to elope in Vegas with me....you know married by Elvis and everything tacky like that....(but how fun and memorable would that be!?). He refused though, because he really wanted a wedding that we could share with family and friends. Which I am very happy with our decision to have our beautiful wedding in Arkansas, but still a tiny part of me wishes we would have just eloped! Jacob knows this and he promised that when we get the chance to go to Vegas that we will get married by Elvis and renew our vows. Which I think will be even better than eloping in the first place! I will get the fairy-tale wedding and the Vegas Elopement!

Jacob and I went to Williamsburg on Sunday. And at first we were a little iffy about it because we didn't understand what it was all about and thought it was like a theme park. But after doing some exploring we realized that it is actually really cool.

First we went and grabbed some burgers and fries at Retro's and a delicious hot fudge sundae. MMM! It was so yummy!

Then we wondered into a cute little vintage bookstore called "Mermaid Books". I loved it! There were mermaid figurines everywhere, the mermaid painted on the door was my favorite. I also found the original Little Mermaid story, which is a coloring book with the story in it. I've been searching for an actual book of it but the coloring book will do for now! (I can't wait to color it!). So I finally got to read the original by Hans Christian Anderson, and I have to say that I like it more than the Disney version. In the original she still is in love with the Prince, but she is more concerned with gaining an everlasting soul (because mermaids don't have souls), so that she can go to Heaven. Everyone should Google the original and read the story, it's wonderful.

Then we walked around the town and played around in some stores (it was absolutely freezing on Sunday, we were miserable!), and found the cutest little magnets with our initials! Then we walked around the Historic part of Williamsburg and loved it. There are people all dressed up and acting like they are from the old days. It's so much fun! We have decided to go back once it warms up so that we can enjoy it even more!
