sea turtles.

Hey yall! While on Spring Break at South Padre Island, TX we had the oppurtunity to go to a sea turtle rescue center. It was amazing. They rescue the turtles, heal them, and then set them free. But, the ones that were too injured and wouldn't be able to survive out in the wild, they keep them and give them a wonderful home. It's truly awesome. I plan on going down to South Padre Island one day and watching the baby seaturtles hatch. (the rescue center also help out with the wild turtles laying eggs and those eggs hatching) It will be an amazing expierience I just know it! :)

But please don't litter in our oceans or beaches and give these beautiful creatures a beautiful home, and you will also help them from getting injured so they can stay happy and free.

I'm wearing a romper from Charlotte Russe and a hat from f21!

  1. I LOVE your dress and hat in these pictures.

I love this post so much. I am so passionate about sea turtles too. My school takes a week long trip annually as a part of "Environmental Club" to Mexico. We camp out on the beach in tents and walk the beaches all night long finding mother turtles and collect the eggs and bring them back to the nursery. It's seriously the most amazing feeling in the world watching a momma turtle lay her eggs!!!

    Love these pictures:)
