ReplyDeleteI would suggest something like Coastel Scents Ultra Shimmer 88 Eye Shadow Palette - they are only $20 & you get a ton of colors. Each color is about the size of a nickel, but they are very pigmented. I have the 88 Warm Palette and LOVE IT! Looks like a shimmery gold on the lid with blue around the eye with a navy eyeliner.
For lips, I would suggest a finding a lip liner in a berry red shade and a shimmery lipstick about a shade lighter than the lip liner. I love Maybelline for lips - so many beautiful colors!

You could consult a makeup artist at sephora or mac but you probably end up spending way more. The lip color looks like a brick red.

Make sure you dampen it when you apply so it's more vibrant. They also have eyeliner in navy.
I have like every shade in this lipstick because they go on so easy. This one might be a little more pink than the pic but still pretty.

I would start with an eye crayon (Sephora brand has them I believe,) in a metallic blue, as well as a liquid black liner...
