Happy Halloween!

I hope you all had a spook-tastic Halloween! I had to work, but I got to dress up and go out with friends the weekend before! I was a kitty, meow! I had trouble finding a costume so I decided to deck out in some of my favorite American Apparel pieces and add some kitty ears and whiskers! Jacob was a redneck and Crystal was a go-go girl. It was a blast!

And the last picture is of mine and Jacob's pumpkins, his is the really cute cat one!

Outfit I wore today while running around town with Jacob. It has become really chilly here in the past few days, so it was hard to leave my coat in the car to snap some pictures....but it had to be done! :)

We are watching Hocus Pocus right now (best Halloween movie ever) so I'm going to get back to the movie!

So yesterday was mine and Jacob's 3 year wedding anniversary! However we went out and celebrated on the 16th (when these pictures were taken) because I had to work yesterday. We had a lot of fun with a day full of donuts, our first couple's massage, laying around, going out for dinner, and a movie.

But yesterday was even more special, I came home after a long day at work and Jacob had set up candles all over the house and had gotten Olive Garden take-out (with dessert!....my favorite!) for dinner with wine. He is perfect!

I am blessed to have married such an amazing man and I look forward to growing old with him and experiencing life together, I wouldn't have it any other way.

So I'm pretty much obsessed with my Hunter rain-boots, I want some more...possibly the bright green ones or the orange ones!

Jacob and I ran errands today, explored down by the creek (and took some pictures, while sliding all over the slippery rocks). 

 And tonight, Jacob is cooking me dinner, then we are carving pumpkins, and then....watching Casper! (Can you believe that Jacob has never seen it? Crazy!!)

So first off let me start by saying I love everything Kiel James Patrick has on his website, it really inspires me to hopefully do something along these lines someday. I would enjoy nothing more than to combine my love for all things nautical and my love for fashion to produce such amazing/quality pieces. 

Now back to these purses. Don't you just love every single one? I am especially in love with the life-ring one because it is very unique and I've never seen one like it before. But I also love the sea-horse one....I know, I know....I already have 2 sea-horse purses, but seriously can a girl ever have too many sea-horse purses?? I've been debating on which one to get for about a month now....which is your favorite?!

Saw these shorts the first week I was in LA, and died. How cute are they!? I didn't buy them right on the spot....with hopes that they would have them at the American Apparel Flea Market for super cheap, and they did! I hit the jack-pot at that Flea Market and I suggest if you have the opportunity to go then do it!

  

Yesterday was super beautiful and I had the day off! So Jacob and I went and had lunch, went thrifting, and did a little other shopping....then we went home had dinner, wine, and watched Titanic. I love that movie so much, definitely in my Top 3. Makes me cry every time though....(don't tell anyone okay?)
