I love this outfit!! The dress and the shoes are so perfect, and I love how she wore polka-dot socks! (And her hair is so perfect) I'm really wanting a sheer maxi black skirt or dress, nowhere to be found though!

    Those polka dots socks make the whole look perfect. I'm on the lookout for a great maxi skirt, too, but it is nowhere to be found (yet).
