my 21st birthday!!! (part I)

So yesterday I turned 21!!! Yay!! Haha. I had a blast :)

Of course, I had to go to school, but during my lunch break....Jacob skipped his classes and we went and sat in the grass on campus and just talked, played around, and enjoyed the beautiful weather. It was so perfect. After my last class, we went out to eat with Molly and Dane, our really good friends. She made me this awesome headband holder (I'll have to show yall it soon), got me my button, and my drinking glass, hahaha. I had so much fun with them. They also got me that cute card (they know me too well) haha.

My parents, sister, and nephew all came up here and surprised me over the weekend. It was perfect. I had so much fun with them!

Now let me tell yall what Jacob got me!! He got me the red dress I wanted from Topshop, boots, flowers, and this perfect fur vest we saw at a thrift store!!! It's amazing!

The whole night was an absolute blast! I'm so thankful for my hubby, family, and friends...that made my birthday perfect! I love you all so much!

Also, my actual birthday party is October 8th and I can't wait!

I'm dying over what Chanel Inman is wearing! That fur jacket, uhhh....I need it in my closet like right now please!!! Seriously! And doesn't Erin Wasson look gorgeous, I love how she can make herself look so different with just a swipe of red-lipstick, a smoky eye, and a super sexy black dress, which I am also in love with. (though I do perfer Erin when her make-up is more natural)
All in all these two women look stunning!!

I finally got my cheetah print Jeffrey Campbell wedges today! They are pretty much everything I hoped they would be, but a little uncomfortable....so to work on breaking them in I wore them to the post office, and I have never had so many people stare at my feet non-stop, haha. They don't know what to think about those wedges here in Arkansas. ;)
I really am dying to take pictures in them, but my photographer is at work, like always :( womp womp.I think we all need to convince him to work less and take more pictures!! Yeah!

And my birthday is in 2 days! So I finally get to wear my beautiful sea foam green vintage dress out to dinner, and I promise there will be pictures!! But my actual party isn't until October 8, so you'll have to wait to see my feather dress I got!! Meep! I'm so excited!!! :)

This vest was a great buy, it pretty much goes with anything. Especially all things girly, if you want to make them a little more edgy. I've worn it nonstop since I've bought it, with floral dresses, floral skirts, tutu skirts, and jeggings with tanks (yes I own jeggings haha) Anyways, I greatly advice everyone to go out and buy a leather vest! Makes everything better! :)

So, Gossip Girl made me tear up last night....oooh. :( So sad. I just want Blair and Chuck to be together so bad!!! And Serena's electric blue pants with the gold sharp shouldered jacket?? AMAZING. I want I want!!! I'm so going to have to find me some pants like that now! I already have the perfect jacket, I got this weekend at Goodwill....I can't wait to wear it! I'm so lucky to have found it! It's black with gold and black sequins all over it. Ahhh, I'm in love!

Hey! I know, I know...I have short chubby fingers. haha :) But I wanted to show off my bracelets and rings! The 3 diamond one is my promise ring Jacob got me before he deployed to Iraq in 2008, and the heart one is from my mom and it has "seek beauty" inscribed on the heat, and the Hello Kitty one is also from Jacob, for just because!

I wore this outfit to my friend, Necole's 21st birthday party/dinner. (Which was so much fun!!!) I just got this dress last weekend and I have been dying to wear it, and I thought that the party would be the perfect oppurtunity!! I love the sheer back and sides of the dress the most, adds a lot of edge to this rather girly dress. Perfect!

My 21st birthday is coming up! Only 14 more days! meep!!


I've loved this song for awhile, but I just today finally watched the video. And I died. How did I not know that Megan Fox was in it?! (If yall haven't noticed I'm a little bit in love with her, haha) Well, her being in the video just made the song 100 times better :) And I really really want the boots she's wearing.

From the looks of it, floral maxi dresses are in for spring 2011. How boring!!! But, I'm loving all these looks above because they are so fun and different from a lot of the others. (But, I haven't looked at every single fashion show, soooo I might be missing something aweseom! Let me know!) But from what I have seen, these are the best so far :)
